The service Satisfied or Refunded is usable only by provate customers. Right of withdrawal - ( legislative reference 206/2005 )
It is divided into 2 types:
- maximum 30 days after the order received: the customer can send back the product for any reason( new , with guarantee seal ) and request the refund of the paid sum. Before sending the parcel back, the customer needs to contact the company first to find out about the refund procedure.
The company ensure to make a refund of the goods only after receivement of the parcel and after having made a control inspection of the items itself. If the goods have been used or are damaged due to a badly wrapped parcel by the customer, the company reserves the right to debit the costs of possible reparations to the same.
Relative custom fees will be debited to any customer who lives outside Europe.
- maximum 45 days after the order received: instead of the "30 days" the customer needs to pay € 5 for the procedure of refund.
- More than 45 days: the customer can not cancel the order anymore. The customer will benefit from the company's assistance for any other problems based on the change or the refund.
Any possible addional costs and extra costs will have to be valuated together with the customer for the respect of each other.
Whereas for all Resellers, Distributors and Importers the sales conditions are those being sent by the company after the registration!
If there might be a problem connected exclsuively to the product itself, it must be communicated immediately on receipt of the parcel and the company will ensure to solve the problem (product change).
- Custom products cannot be returned ... the customer will also be entitled to any repairs.
